Mark Jenkins

Mark Jenkins, 51, of Celina, passed away Mar. 21 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Funeral services were held Mar. 25 at Upton Hay Funeral Home with Craig Ogletree officiating.

Interment followed in the Ashlock Cemetery.

He was born May 13, 1970 in Gainesboro Tn. He spent the majority of his adult life refereeing for TSSAA and working at V&F Transformers. He enjoyed golf, all sports, marbles, playing cards and hunting. The greatest accomplishment he had in life was Eliza, they had a very strong bond and relationship. Spent many hours together on the golf course, one of the many things they enjoyed doing together.

He was preceded in death by: father, Champ Boles; grandmother, Lucy Jenkins and first cousin, Tony Watson.

Surviving relatives include: mother, Liz Boles; daughter, Liz Jenkins; brother, Dusty Boles; first cousins, Larry Watson, Gary Watson, Monica Hayes, Corey Watson, Trista Thompson; as well as numerous other cousins, family and friends that will mourn his passing.

Friends and Family served as pallbearers.

Upton-Hay Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Ralph Smith

Ralph Smith, 84, of Celina, passed away at his residence. Funeral services were held Mar. 26 at Upton Hay Funeral Home with Dennis Miller officiating. Interment followed in the Moss Cemetery.

He was born Oct. 28, 1937 in Boles Ky. He retired from Ford where he was a UAW worker. He enjoyed fishing. Spent countless hours on the Dale Hollow Lake fishing for walleye and bass. During football season you may find him cheering for the Titans, he enjoyed football.

He was preceded in death by: parents, Oren Preston and Della Lee (Cunningham) Smith; spouse, Pearl (Dailey) Smith; daughter, Ginger White and brother, Charlie Smith.

Surviving relatives include: sons, Rocky d. Smith and Rex (Freida) Smith; grandchildren, Jeremiah and Daniel Smith; great grandson, Blake Smith as well as a host of friends and neighbors that will mourn his passing.

Pallbearers included Jeremiah Smith, Daniel Smith, Blake Smith, Larry Smith, Matt Smith, Huel Boles and Gary Smith.

Upton-Hay Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Sinna Faye Waddell

Sinna Faye Waddell, 83, of Moss, passed away Mar. 27 at Celina and Health Rehab. Funeral services were held Mar. 29 at Upton Hay Funeral Home with Bro. Chris Reecer officiating. Interment followed in the Pitcock Cemetery.

She was born Aug. 26,1938 in Hindman, Knott Co., Ky. She was a member of the Oak Grove Church of Christ. She worked as an inspector at the Osh Gosh Bgosh for many years. She was known as a simple person who loved life. She was loved by all who knew her and she will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by: her husband.

Surviving relatives include: cousins, Jackie Plumlee, Harriett Bullard and Jerry Stone.
