THP Arrests Three Individuals

Tennessee Highway Patrol troopers arrested three individuals following traffic stops in Clay County. Ronnie Jo Thompson, 54, and Jennifer Ann Guffey, 38, both of Tompkinsville, were arrested on Jan. 15 for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia by THP Trooper Doug Foster.
