Voter Turnout Exceeds Expectations

Voter turnout for the 2020 election has exceeded all expectations for Clay County election officials, breaking all known records.

Clay County Election Administrator Wanda Daniels says that, not including provisional votes, a total of 3,525 ballots were cast in this election cycle—equating to 63.56% voter turnout.

Daniels informed that everything ran quite smoothly on Election Day. While they were quite busy, there were no major hiccups.
