Clay County Schools are preparing to open on schedule this year, with the first full day beginning on Aug. 3. Parents and guardians will have the option to enroll their student for either at-school instruction or all-virtual instruction.
For parents or guardians interested in enrolling their student in all-virtual instruction, you must complete a virtual instruction contract. This contract can be found on all school websites or at each school campus. Return the completed contract to the school where your student will be enrolled. Clay County Schools will provide each student in grades Pre-K through 12 a chromebook, needed materials and access to all necessary online learning platforms; however, the district will not provide Internet access at home. A Student Computing Device contract must be completed for every student before they are issued a chromebook on the first day of school. Parents or guardians may choose to print the contract from the school’s website or pickup a paper copy from the school.
