Vote By Mail Is An Option

The Tennessee Supreme Court ruled last Wednesday that it will not block a judge’s order to offer the by-mail voting option to all eligible voters during the COVD-19 pandemic while the state continues to try and appeal the decision.

Nashville Chancellor Ellen Hobbs Lyle ruled June 4, that the state’s limits on absentee voting during the pandemic constitute “an unreasonable burden on the fundamental right to vote guaranteed by the Tennessee Constitution.”
