Renita Ann Allen
Renita Ann Allen, 69, of Livingston passed away. Graveside services were held May 23 at the Hamilton Addition of the Fitzgerald Cemetery. Active pallbearers were Josh Allen, Stephen Allen, Dawson Choate, Noah Choate, Jason Bilbrey and Bryson Bilbrey.
She was born Dec. 23, 1950 in Celina. She enjoyed watching game shows, was a dietary aide for Cumberland River Hospital and then became a full-time caregiver for the needs of her family.
She was preceded in death by: parents, Joe and Rosie (Stephens) Massingille; husband, Steve; and brothers, Larry and Bobby Massingille.
Surviving relatives include: son, Stephen Allen and wife, Heather; daughters, Starlotte Bilbery and husband, Jason and Bobby Sue Choate and husband, Noah; brother, Mitchell Massingille and wife, Donna; sister, Velma Burton; grandchildren, Stephanie, Joshua, Hannah, James, Tori, Alayna, Bryson, Sara, Dawson, Gracie and Khloie; and great- grandchildren, Kaisen, Blakely, Oaklyn, Brandon, Parker and Camilla.

Wanda “Gail” (Tinsley) Grissom
Mrs. Wanda “Gail” (Tinsley) Grissom, age 71 of Cookeville and formerly of Celina passed away Monday, May 25 at her residence. She had chosen cremation and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
She was born April 17, 1949 in Celina to the late Willie George Tinsley and Geneva (Poindexter) Adams. She attended school in Clay County as well as in Indianapolis, Ind. where her family lived for some of her childhood years. Gail was employed as an associate at Russell Stover Candies in Cookeville for many years.
Gail admiringly fulfilled her role of ‘queen’ and ‘boss’ to her beloved family. She was independent, tenderhearted and eager to help and take care of others. She enjoyed spending quality time with her grandkids. She loved being outside and kept busy doing yard work to beautify her surroundings. She is also fondly remembered for her love of shopping.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by son, Kevin Payne; and by four siblings.
Gail is survived by her adoring family, her husband of 24 years, Lowell ‘Greasy’ Grissom, son, Keith (Angel) Payne of Rickman; daughter and Amanda (Jackie) Watkins of Allons; step-sons, Jay (Lisa) Grissom and Matt (Tracy) Grissom, all of Cookeville; grandchildren, Aaron Payne, Jessy (Mercer) Payne, Wesley Payne, Gracie Grissom, Kevin Watkins, Lindsey Watkins, Ethan Grissom, Kason Grissom and Kolton Grissom; great-grandchildren, Cash Payne, Campbell Payne, Kylan Shirley; grandson to be, Kayson Shirley; brothers, Gary Tinsley, Larry Tinsley and Jerry Tinsley; sisters, Kathy Davis, Sue Hughes, Barbara Vaughn and Loretta Stacy and by many nieces and nephews.
