CCHS Bounces Back Against Pickett

The Clay County Bulldogs blew out the Pickett County Bobcats Friday night with a dominant performance to win 45-0 and remain undefeated in the conference. “It is always good to bounce back in the win column,” said Clay County head coach Jake Johnson. The Bulldogs took their first lose of the season last Friday at Westmoreland 21-12.

Clay County returned home for their contest this week against the Bobcats and remain undefeated at home. “We predominately have more success at home. It feels good to win especially going into the bye week and against a region opponent,” said Johnson.
