2019 Hunter Education Class In Clay County Is Set

It’s that time of year again; squirrel season is fast approaching which signals the start of Tennessee’s hunting season. Some of you have been seeing does with fawns and even bucks starting to grow their new antlers.

If you want to hunt, are 10 years old or older and born after January of 1969, you need to take a hunter education class to help you learn ethics of hunting and gun safety and legally hunt in Tennessee.
