Cecil Clayton Cravin Anderson

Cecil Clayton Cravin Anderson, 53 of Celina, passed away on Sept. 14 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Funeral services were held Sept. 18, at Hall Funeral Home in Celina with Bro. Rick Lewis officiating.  Interment followed in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery in Allons.  At the request of the family, expressions may take the form of contributions to the Mt. Pisgah Church Cemetery Fund in memory of Cecil.

He was born April 23, 1964, in Livingston. He worked as a dispatcher for area police departments.

He was preceded in death by his father, Cecil Ray Anderson; paternal grandparents, Rossie and Maggie Anderson; maternal grandparents, John and Pearl Maxfield; uncles, Frank, Cullom, Grady and John E. Maxfield, Lecil Anderson, Glenn Poindexter, and Holland Brannon; his aunts, Ruth Phipps, Irene Mabry, Maggie Hahn, Kelly Renner, Mary Lovely, Maxie Maxfield and Hazel Williams.

Surviving relatives include his mother, Ruby Anderson of Celina;  the mother of his children, Melissa Anderson of Celina; daughter, Caitlin Anderson of Celina; granddaughters, Khloe and Kamiron Anderson both of Celina; nieces, Hannah and Rachel Hunter both of Cookeville; sister, Anita Hunter of Cookeville; uncles, Rossie Lee Anderson and Jerry Anderson both of Celina; aunts, Mamie Poindexter of Celina, Ella Mae Kurr of Indianapolis, Ind., Dorothy Brennan of Moss, Lucille Sherlls of Moss and Mable Barnes of Indiana; his caregiver, Rosalind of Livingston; and other relatives and friends.

Hall Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

 

Alecia Rachelle Jackson

Alecia Rachelle Jackson, 32 of Celina, passed away Sept. 13 at her home in Celina. Funeral services were held Sept. 17 at the Hall Funeral Home in Celina with Rev. Caleb Andrews officiating. Interment followed in McDonald Cemetery in Celina. At the request of the family, expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to assist with funeral expenses.

She was born May 22, 1985, in Seattle, Wash. She worked as a correctional officer with the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department.

Surviving relatives include her father, Phillip J. Tullis, of Sellersburg, Ind.; mother and stepfather, Mary Vonda and Brian C. Pierce of Celina; son, Austin S. Tullis; sisters, Alexis M. Hill and Journey S. Jackson; brothers, Jeshua J. Tullis of Sellersburg, Ind. and Andrew T. Tullis of New Albany, Ind.; sister, Christy Hammond of Jeffersonville, Ind.; stepsister, Clara Pierce; grandparents, Roy and Ruby Hudson, Criss Murphy and John Tullis; and other relatives and friends.

Hall Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
