Ella Mae Beachboard
Ella Mae Beachboard, 82, of Hilham passed away Feb. 22 at Livingston Regional Hospital. Funeral services were held on Feb. 24 at the chapel of Hall Funeral Home. Interment followed in the Turkeytown Cemetery in Clay County.
Pallbearers included: Anthony Boles, Johnny Boles, Preston Kirby, Matt Brown, Lindon Johnson, Ryan Terbune, Wayne Sevier and Ricky Boles.
Ella Mae Beachboard was born on Jan. 1, 1930 in Clay County.
She is preceded in death by: her parents, John and Cora Dillon Beachboard; sisters, Versie Cox and Nannie Boles; brothers, Fowler, Herman and Eston Beachboard.
Surviving relatives include: sons, Willard Boles and wife Maxine and Willis Boles; daughters, Kay Prince and husband Bill, Juanita Rhea and husband Brian; brother, Bill Beachboard; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Etta Daugherty, 87, of Rickman passed away on Feb. 21 at Masters Health Care. Funeral services were held on Feb. 25 at the chapel of Hall Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Roberts officiating. Interment followed in the Eckel Cemetery.
Pallbearers included: Tim Hicks, Tony Bennett, Terry Bennett, Donald Wilson, Junior (Clyde) Bennett and Christopher Wilson.
Etta Daugherty was born on Sept. 11, 1924 in Harlan County, KY.
She is preceded in death by: her parents, Hobart and Chloe (Saylor) Daugherty; brother, Harold Daugherty; and sisters, Edith Jump and Rose Simpson.
Surviving relatives include: brother, James Daugherty and wife Pat of Florida; special niece, Barbara Stewart of Knoxville; and several other nieces and nephews and several adopted sisters from the Hicks family of Rickman.
Alene Sullivan, 79, passed away at the Overton County Nursing Home. Funeral services were held on Feb. 24 at the chapel of Hall Funeral Home with Bro. Donald Cobb officiating. Interment followed in the Overton County Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers included: Jamie Garrett, David Garrett, Travis Severance, Cory Garrett, Kevin Garrett and Tony Sullivan.
Alene Sullivan was born on August 3, 1932 in Georgetown, KY. She was a homemaker and loving mother.
She is preceded in death by: her parents, Willie Roy and Mary Isbell Jones Watson; brothers, Richard Watson, Everett Watson and John Tilton Watson; sisters, Dorothy Lea Friend, Cecil Elizabeth Partlow and Sarah Mae Parrott.
Surviving relatives include: husband, Charles Sullivan; sons, Michael Sullivan and Lew Everett Baldwin; daughters, Betty Carol Garrett, Brenda Mae Branum, Linda Montgomery and Vicki Foley; brother, William Watson; seven grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Jerry Emmit Myers, 70, of Livingston passed away on Feb. 27 at Livingston Regional Hospital. Funeral services were held on March 3 at Speck Funeral Home with Rev. Roy Coleman officiating. Interment followed at Bethlehem Cemetery.
Pallbearers include: Ronald Myers, Larry Thompson, Chris Coleman, Dywayne Hogan, Marcus Coleman, Mike Benson, John Keeton, Curtis Hayes and Joe Keeton. Honorary pallbearers were Troy Savage and Richard Savage.
Jerry Emmit Myers was born on Dec. 25, 1941 in Overton County. He was a garment factory worker and a member of the Church of God in Christ.
He is preceded in death by: his parents, Charles “Charlie” Whitson and Mildred Elease Copeland Myers; and brothers, Harold Myers and Billy Myers.
Surviving relatives include: his brother, Danny Myers of Yorktown, VA; sisters, Charlene Darty of Cookeville, Macy Hogan of Detroit, MI, Shannon Benson of Southfield, MI and Betty Coleman of Louisville, KY; and a host of nieces and nephews.
William Scott Miller
William Scott Miller, 53, of Monterey passed away on March 3 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville. Funeral services will be held on March 7 at Goff Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Harris and Dr. Ronnie Pierce officiating. Interment to follow in the Hanging Limb Cemetery.
William Scott Miller was born on Sept. 26, 1958 in Portland, IN. He was a truck driver.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Alvin C. Miller and Velma Hicks Miller of Monterey.
Surviving relatives include: his daughter, Betty (Tiny) Wright of Monterey; sister, Debbie Allred and husband Mike of Monterey; brothers, Jack Miller and Coni of Muncie, IN, Randy Miller and wife Phyllis Miller of Monterey and Rex Miller and wife Lisa of Monterey; grandchildren, Sean, Emileigh and Hayden; and a host of very special nieces and nephews.

Huell Smith, 73, of Cookeville passed away on Feb. 28 at his home. Funeral services were held on March 3 at Livingston Funeral Home with Bro. Ricky Cross officiating. Interment followed in Story Cemetery.

Huell Smith was born on July 25, 1938 in Clay County. He was a retired warehouse manager at Heartland Supply Company.
He is preceded in death by: his parents, Sanford and Lola Smith; brothers, Will A. Smith and Durell Smith; sister, Ida Faye Smith; uncle, Paul Isaiah Chilton; and aunt, Elizabeth (Buford) Chilton.
